Our small group personal training classes provide the best of both worlds: the expertise of a dedicated trainer and the camaraderie of a supportive fitness community.

 

MONTHLY ENROLLMENT:

 Enrollment in Small Group Personal Training and Pilates must be canceled before the 20th to avoid being charged for the following month.

Elevate MOVE is the ideal class for individuals seeking a functional, effective, and enjoyable workout. Tailored by Catiana Brayton, this program features body-friendly movements and a slower pace than MAX, making it suitable for those with joint pain or anyone looking for low-impact exercises. Elevate MOVE provides a comprehensive and accessible approach to improving overall fitness.

ELEVATE is a level-based fitness program designed to help keep you motivated and track your fitness progress over time. 

 

Our program consists of 10 levels and each level consists of 5 movement patterns and a conditioning circuit designed to assess all aspects of fitness.  

 

To Elevate to the next level, you must pass the fitness test associated with your current level. 

 

As you Elevate through the program, you will earn wristbands to recognize your achievements and move up the leaderboard for everyone to see.
