Getting Started
Let's get your child enrolled!
New students are welcome to join at any time, with lessons beginning at the start of the following month. A swim evaluation is required. This evaluation ensures placement in the most suitable lesson for their age group and skill level, guaranteeing a personalized and effective learning experience.
We proudly offer lessons for ages 4 months through adults, covering a spectrum from beginners to advanced competitors.

Small Group Lessons - Max 4 students per 1 instructor. (Tiny tot and level 1 are max 3 students.) 25-minute lesson.

PC Flyers Novice Swim Team-
45-minute practice.

Swim Levels
Swim Lesson Levels and Progressions
Parent Tot 1 (Age: Up to Parent Tot 2): Introduction to water for parents and their infants.
Parent Tot 2 (Age: Up to Tiny Tot): Building water confidence and basic water safety skills for toddlers.
Tiny Tot (Progresses to Super Kid or Ages up to Level 1): Developing foundational swimming skills.
Super Kid (Progresses to Mega Kid or Ages up to Level 2): Advancing swimming techniques and water safety awareness.
Mega Kid (Ages up to Level 3): Mastering advanced swimming skills.
Levels 1-6: Progressing through increasingly advanced swimming skills and techniques.
Additional Programs
Catfish Novice Swim Team: For those looking to engage in a more competitive swim environment. Ages 6 - 16

For swimmers who have completed StarFish Level 6 or can complete a swim evaluation consisting of a proficient 50-yard Freestyle, 50-yard Backstroke, 25-yard Breaststroke, and 25-yard Butterfly
Junior Lifeguard: Advanced training in water safety and lifeguard skills. Ages 11 - 14

For swimmers interested in taking the full American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course once they turn 15. This class will cover the basics of Lifeguard equipment and skills including basic water rescues and initial first aid and emergency response.
Private Swim Lessons
Private lessons are great for anyone who wants to learn how to swim or is training to improve their technique.
Linda Mauws, our private swim instructor, started her swimming career when she was 8 years old and has been a fish ever since! She competed competitively in high school and participated in Master's Swim as well. She has been with The Pacific Clinic since October 2020 and she is excited to help you reach your swimming goals!
